Hotel Santre, St. Andrä - Brixen

4-star superior hotel

The project emerged as the winner of a private planning competition for the construction of a new hotel with 62 suites, restaurant and spa facilities in the southern part of St. Andrä at the foot of Mount Plose. The steeply sloping terrain of the building site and the panoramic view over the Eisack valley and the town of Brixen are the central design parameters.

Villa Rentsch, Bozen

Residential building with 17 apartments

On the eastern edge of Bozen, in the Rentsch district at the transition to the rural area, a new residential building with a total of 17 apartments  was realised in place of the old Hotel Rentschnerhof. The commission to plan and build the building was preceded by a privately announced architectural competition. The form of the building results from the conditions and external influences of the building site, as well as climatic influences such as sunlight, wind and precipitation.

Temlhof residential complex, Brixen

Residential complex with 35 apartments

Thanks to the natural slope of the building site, the buildings are gently integrated into the rising terrain and appear externally only in a reduced form. The modelling and greening of the terrain is an essential design element. Each building has privately used garden areas on the south side as well as on the higher-lying north side. The terrain fill and embankments on the north side of the buildings greatly reduce the visually perceptible height of the volumes.

Les Sorus residential building, Bruneck

 Residential building with 10 apartments

In terms of construction, the building was realised to the high CasaClima A-nature (KlimaHaus) standard. The structure is of reinforced concrete with an external thermal insulation composite system. Combined with the triple glazing and the building services, this results in a high-quality, efficient building. The areas around the building are landscaped with greenery, as is the flat roof.

This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The servers are located in Mittwald’s data center in Germany.

With every request, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser type and operating system. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Mittwald.

Access logs are stored with a truncated IP address and deleted after 60 days; error logs are deleted after 7 days. We do not analyze the logs.

The form is processed on our web space at Mittwald and delivered to us by email at info@enecs.com; it is not stored on the web space itself. The email delivery logs at Mittwald are anonymized after one day and deleted after 60 days at the latest. An invisible field helps against spam; we do not use reCAPTCHA or similar services.

We delete inquiries as soon as they have been dealt with, after 6 months at the latest. If a commission results from an inquiry, we retain the correspondence for six years in accordance with the statutory retention periods (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).
