Residential complex Schönblick Vilpian
We are not building for the feuilleton, but for the future of our children.
The construction task was to create a housing estate for 19 local families on the site of an abandoned lodging establishment. The goal was to create a high-quality yet affordable living environment through energy-efficient design and thoughtful planning decisions and construction details.
The building envelope complies with the climate house standard A-Nature ( approx. 21 kWh/m²a). Solar collectors on the roof for water heating, an air-source heat pump for basic heating requirements via low-temperature heating, rainwater infiltration, constructive sun protection and decentralized residential ventilation round off the sustainable construction method.
