However, the primary goal is also to create a more adequate habitability of the farmhouse for the owner and his family. For this purpose, the building is to be appropriately renovated and maintained in the area of the residential building. In order to mitigate the cold and drafts in the house, thermal insulation measures are planned above all on the upper floors, as well as the renovation of the windows and doors.
The choice of building materials plays an essential role. Environmentally compatible building and living means, above all, dealing sensitively and sustainably with the existing building fabric.
