The owners Sylvia Mairhofer and Goller Meinhard had the desire to expand the old inn “Pröslerhof” qualitatively and quantitatively and to create a unique vacation ambience with modern and special vacation apartments.
For this purpose, part of the land to the west of the old house was rezoned to a tourism zone.
The buildings were designed in climate house standard A and without living space ventilation.
