CAFÉ RESTAURANT CENTRAL
Remodeling & Design Klobenstein am Ritten, 2019 In the course of remodeling and redesigning the aging premises, an inviting and functional inn will be created. To provide the space with more daylight, the existing arched windows on the west and south facades will be opened to the floor and replaced with new glazing. Thus, these facades continue the existing arcade on the north facade of the building.
The arched openings on the street-side west façade provide an inviting effect that enlivens the village scene through the increased visual references between the public space and the bar. On the south façade, the generous glazing with wicker awnings extends the restaurant area to include a sunny garden with a wooden terrace, which is now accessible through wooden doors integrated into the sides of the arches.
