House MIT – reconstruction and extension residential house with energy renovation.
The MIT house is an extension of a residential building with energy renovation and construction of an additional apartment for urban densification. The extension in timber construction transforms the existing building into a contemporary structure and blends harmoniously into the context thanks to natural materials such as the wooden façade in larch.
The new penthouse apartment is characterized by generous glazing and an extensive roof terrace, which, together with the ecological construction method, ensure a high quality of living.
